This position is in Madison, AL and will support manufacturing test activities at the Enhanced Production and Integration Center (EPIC).
Basic Qualifications:
8 Years with Bachelors in Science; 6 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree CompTIA Security+ Certification CompTIA Linux+ Certification Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Proficient with Cisco network configuration and administration Experience with scripting and command-line operations in RHEL and Windows environments Background in developing and executing integrated hardware/software testing for IP-based Tactical Networks using RHEL systems and Cisco devices Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills Adaptable to dynamic, high-pressure environments Able to lift at least 30 lbs Active Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of mesh radios, RF-based communications, and routing protocols Advanced expertise in routing, switching, and debugging network-oriented applications Experience integrating COTS, GOTS, and custom software in security-controlled environments
Primary Level Salary Range:
$123,400.00 - $185,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
