Job Description
This exciting role as Information Technology Intern will provide support for desktop/laptop computers and peripherals which includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal performance in a production environment. Additionally, will troubleshoot reported problems in a timely and accurate manner and provide end user training/assistance when required. This position will support the US Air Division located in Fort Smith, AR . This position requires 15-20 hours per week, flexible schedule, during the standard business hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. This internship is NOT summer-only.
