62006: Analyst-EDI FedEx Freight United States, Arkansas, Harrison 2200 Forward Drive (Show on map) May 27, 2026 POSITION
OVERVIEW
To provide hands-on support for daily operation, testing and implementation of transportation related Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes. Assist with partner setups, issue resolution, production support, and support cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data exchange.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide technical and functional support to internal and external customers for EDI processes under general guidance. Assist sales and customers by gathering EDI requirements and supporting onboarding activities. Monitor EDI transmission and integration workflows and escalate issues when needed. Support the setup, testing, and maintenance of EDI connections with trading partners and internal teams Perform mapping updates, code value changes, and configuration tasks as assigned and per established standards. Maintain documentation of EDI processes, partner requirements, and exception handling procedures. Assist with identifying issues and process improvement opportunities. Collaborate with senior analysts on troubleshooting, mapping logic, and best practices. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, computer science, or other directly related quantitative discipline
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Two (2) years related experience in supporting and/or responsible for EDI applications to include direct customer interaction and problem resolution required. Minimum
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
essential to perform job Basic understanding of industry-standard data exchange formats and protocols (e.g., ANSI X12), with knowledge in managing transactional data workflows including remittance/payment transactions Experience supporting EDI partner integrations, testing, or issue resolution. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to internal and external stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Solid analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Ability to follow established mapping and configuration standards. Knowledge of integration tools and middleware
