Job Description

DDI Contractor System Security Analyst The DDI Contractor System Security Analyst will provide input on all security-related aspects and will review and confirm system and physical security. They will review all technical design and development tasks for compliance with federal and state security requirements. This position will work closely with the State s System Security Lead and Security SME.
Required Qualifications:
1. A minimum of five (5) years of experience working in software development on a large, complex automated systems development project similar in size and scope to the Wisconsin CSM Project. 2. A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing systems architecture and development projects. 3. A minimum of five (5) years of experience with systems analysis and design. 4. A minimum of five (5) years of experience working directly with stakeholders to elicit and define requirements. 5. A minimum of five (5) years developing technical design documentation from requirements. 6. A minimum of two (2) years of experience with systems development and implementation in a SOA environment. 7. An in-depth understanding of the federal Office of Child Support (OCSE) certification requirements based on the OCSE The Automated Systems for

A Guide for States - Updated 2017 (Guide for States. 8. An in-depth understanding of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Publication 1075, and Social Security Administration (SSA) security criteria.
Recommended Qualifications:
1. Bachelor s degree. 2. Software Security Certification.
