Chief Financial Officer Position Summary The Systems Analyst/Manager is an in-person position that is responsible for the administration, optimization, and day to day oversight of the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. This role serves as the primary liaison between the company and all technology vendors, including ERP, CRM, managed IT services, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and other outsourced technology providers. This individual acts as the central point of contact for all internal IT-related needs, ensuring that outsourced service providers deliver reliable, secure, and cost-effective solutions aligned with business objectives. The position requires a combination of systems management, vendor relationship management, project coordination, and end-user support. Key Responsibilities ERP and CRM System Management Administer, maintain, and optimize ERP and CRM systems (Datacor) to support operational efficiency and data integrity. The systems are hosted by Datacor and the administrator works closely with their service to maintain the systems and achieve the companies objectives. Coordinate system updates, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements Manage user access, roles, permissions, and system security controls Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and performance monitoring Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures Serve as subject matter expert for ERP and CRM functionality Identify opportunities to improve automation, reporting, and business processes Vendor Relationship and Contract Management Serve as the primary relationship manager for ERP, CRM, managed IT services, and other technology vendors Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders and external providers Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements (SLAs) Manage vendor contracts, renewals, pricing, and service changes Evaluate new vendors, technologies, and service offerings Escalate issues and ensure timely resolution of system or service problems Maintain vendor contact lists and support documentation IT Coordination and Support Oversight Act as the primary point of contact for all company IT-related needs Coordinate outsourced IT support providers to resolve technical issues Triage and prioritize user support requests Ensure timely resolution of help desk tickets and system incidents Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees for system access Maintain hardware, software, and license inventories Support network, security, backup, and disaster recovery processes through vendors Lead or coordinate technology-related projects, including system implementations and upgrades Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for IT and system initiatives Ensure proper testing and validation of system changes Coordinate integrations between ERP, CRM, and third-party applications Document project plans, risks, and outcomes Coordinate with vendors to maintain cybersecurity and data protection standards. Ensure systems comply with company policies and regulatory requirements Reporting, Processes and Continuous Improvement Develop and maintain operational and management reports from ERP and CRM systems Develop SOPs and documented workflows for all ERP and CRM processes. Assist with training of the ERP and CRM. Analyze system performance and recommend improvements Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency Support data governance and reporting accuracy Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred Equivalent work experience may be considered Experience 2-5+ years of experience managing ERP and/or CRM systems Experience coordinating outsourced IT services or managed service providers strongly preferred Experience working in a small or mid-sized business environment preferred Experience managing vendor relationships and technology projects Technical Skills ERP and CRM system administration Vendor management and coordination Business process analysis and system optimization User access and security management Systems integration and troubleshooting Microsoft Office and reporting tools Basic understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and cloud systems Soft Skills Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and vendor coordination abilities Ability to prioritize multiple requests and manage competing deadlines Problem-solving and analytical thinking Customer service mindset Ability to work independently with limited supervision Reporting Relationship This position reports to senior finance or accounting leadership within Lundstrum Investments and works closely with operating company leadership, accounting teams, and external ERP consultants as needed.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
