This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive project success from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. As a pivotal member of our project management team, you will utilize your expertise in cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and software development methodologies to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business growth. Your leadership will inspire teams, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and ensure seamless project execution using cutting-edge tools and frameworks. Duties Lead end-to-end project management activities for enterprise software implementations, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing Microsoft Project, Visio, and other project management software to track progress and communicate updates effectively. Coordinate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business objectives. Manage project lifecycle activities following SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), and Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks. Oversee the development of test cases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and test-driven development (TDD) processes to ensure quality standards are met before deployment. Facilitate release management, deployment strategies, and disaster recovery planning to guarantee system stability and data integrity post-implementation. Collaborate with technical teams on cloud computing initiatives involving AWS (Amazon Web Services), SQL databases like Oracle and SQL Server, and IT infrastructure components. Monitor project performance metrics using tools like VersionOne, Jira, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and Microsoft Office suite to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Requirements Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise software projects with a strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and program management methodologies. Extensive knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS along with experience in IT infrastructure design and disaster recovery strategies. Proficiency in project management tools including Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, Jira, VersionOne, TFS, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong analysis skills for requirements gathering, process improvement, and stakeholder communication. Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server and Oracle; experience in database management is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional leadership qualities paired with negotiation skills to coordinate teams across departments while maintaining clear communication channels. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within an Agile or SAFe environment while maintaining focus on deliverables.
