Tempe, AZ (Onsite) We are seeking an experienced System Analyst with expertise in Digital Commerce, Loyalty Platforms, Mobile Applications, and API-driven Architectures to support large-scale modernization and integration initiatives within the QSR/eCommerce ecosystem.
Required Skills:
6+ years of experience as a System/Business Analyst Strong experience in eCommerce, Loyalty Programs, and Customer Engagement Platforms Experience with Mobile Applications and Digital Platforms Knowledge of Microservices, APIs, Event-Driven Architectures, and Cloud-Native Systems Expertise in Requirements Gathering, User Stories, Functional Specifications, and Acceptance Criteria Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills Familiarity with QSR workflows, Order Management, Checkout, Payments, Promotions, and Customer Journeys Nice to
Have:
AWS Cloud experience Identity & Access Management (SSO, Authentication, Authorization) API Orchestration & Integration Modernization CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, or Product Owner Certifications Looking for a strong analyst who can bridge business and technology teams to deliver scalable, customer-focused digital solutions.
