Onsite Preferred Qualifications:
6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital commerce, loyalty platforms, or large-scale enterprise systems. Strong experience in e-commerce platforms, loyalty programs, and customer engagement ecosystems. Hands-on experience with mobile development projects is strongly preferred. Solid understanding of QSR workflows, shop management, menu management, order management, checkout, payment, promotions, and customer engagement funnels. Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native systems. Proven ability to write high-quality user stories and functional specifications. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong stakeholder communication, documentation, and facilitation skills.
