Job Description
Deltek Costpoint ERP configuration expert Onsite at Tuscan, AZ - Travel expenses are reimbursed. We are seeking assistance to review our current environment setup and provide an assessment, including recommendations for best practices in CostPoint. We would like to gain a better understanding of the existing functionality, as well as identify any features that have not yet been configured but could be implemented or enhanced to improve our system. We are looking for a strong candidate with proven experience working with CostPoint . The client is having numerous issues and gaps with the system that they need someone to come in, who has been thru a number of costpoint implementations, and can help them resolve the issues. no coding is required. Just configuration and gap fixes. Consultant will be working with the end users of the system. Candidate responsible for assessment, implementation, and management with a strong understanding of: AR Billing Customer setup Sales order setup Projects setup Milestone billing setup Customer PO mod/CLIN change Credit memo Warranty/RMA Integration/GL mapping AR Invoice Template Monthly recurring billing invoices Multistate Sales/Used Tax rate inputs/updates VAT rate inputs/updates Ship To Reporting Ship to by Country/State/City Inventory/costing Cost item setup GL mapping for the different types of transactions that are processed Scrap/rework/reason codes MRP Sales Orders Cycle Counts Engineering Change Orders Document storage/linking Inventory Reporting Open Commits Line of Balance Metrics Tracking Purchasing/Receipts/GRNI Service centers AP Vendor Setup Installment payment 1099 Reporting AP Invoice Template Monthly recurring payments Allocation Fixed Assets CapEx IT Support/training
