Student Success Systems 2222 N. Alamo St. San Antonio, Texas, 78215 United States Outside working hours if other than M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Job Summary and Description Serves as a liaison between functional areas and the Student Success Systems department to evaluate business needs and recommend process improvements. Analyzes data and workflows to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities that enhance operational effectiveness. Supports data integrity and reporting efforts, validates system updates, and ensures solutions align with institutional goals. Collaborates with subject matter experts, technical teams, and vendors to implement enhancements that improve efficiency and the overall user experience. Reports to the Student Success Systems Director. To view a complete job description, click here . QualificationsMinimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree. An associate in applied science degree with a major in computer information systems (CIS) (or educational equivalent), management information systems (MIS) or a closely related field plus four years of experience as an applications programmer or analyst may be substituted for the required bachelor's degree. Three years of professional work experience with industry standard systems in Higher Education.Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's Degree Experience in data manipulation, developing Student reports, and /or working in a higher education environment. One or more years of project management experience. Systems implementation experience. Five or more years of experience in Higher Education Systems.Licenses and Certifications:
