Senior Healthcare Plan Configuration AnalystPosition OverviewNewly created role as a Configuration Analyst (managed healthcare plans) to configure, test and maintain system setups that power claims processing benefits, eligibility and other critical health plan functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, test and maintain QNXT system components supporting claims, benefits and eligibilityAnalyze existing configurations and recommend improvements to streamline processing and performanceTroubleshoot and resolve configuration and processing issuesSupport release management and change control activitiesEnsure system setups align with regulatory and compliance standardsParticipate in cross functional projectsQualifications3-5+ years of experience with QNXT configuration, administration, or supportStrong experience with coding and testing: SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, C# and VB.NETBachelors degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, or equivalent professional experienceKnowledge of managed healthcare plan claims processesBenefits2 Weeks of PTO/VacationPaid HolidaysEmployer Paid Medical, Dental, VisionLife InsuranceEmployer Paid Retirement with 15% Employer Contribution - You do not need to contribute!
