Compensation packages may be higher/lower than what is listed, & will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, education and class level. nformation Technology (IT) Intern The Information Technology Intern will help to analyze, research, document, develop, configure, and participate in projects to assist in support of the IT operations of MicroVention. This role acts as key support to the IT operations team in collaboration and Terumo's infrastructure group to help support various departments within MicroVention.

Typical duties include:

+ Participate in projects related to IT equipment replacement, automating processes, and developing online forms + Document business workflows for automation, user guides, and update to the intranet web pages + Attend meetings and complete assigned tasks by the Terumo Neuro IT operations team + Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by IT Management

• Required Qualifications + Working towards a BS degree majoring in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems preferred + Experience working effectively and confidently in a team environment + Strong analytical and organizational skills + Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a customer service focus + Detail-oriented approach to tasks and problem solving + Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with attention to detail + Able to work with multiple associates and prioritize projects to meet deadlines + Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Visio) Desired Qualifications + Interest/experience in the medical devices industry and IT operations or infrastructure + Software development courses and programming projects + Software applications specifically the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) + Attention to detail, taking initiative and professionalism + Physical requirement of heavy lifting up to 50lbs Additional Information + The primary work location for this position is Aliso Viejo, CA (company headquarters).
