Job Responsibilities:
A Program Analyst supporting Business & Site Readiness for the Propel rollout operates as a central coordination and analytics hub to ensure the organization is operationally prepared for go-live
This role is responsible for establishing structured tracking mechanisms, maintaining visibility across readiness activities, and synthesizing complex program data into clear, actionable insights for leadership decision-making
The analyst works across multiple teams—including business leads, SCRUM teams, and readiness stakeholders—to monitor deliverables, track dependencies, and identify risks or gaps that may impact readiness
By translating execution-level detail into executive-ready reporting, the Program Analyst enables informed, business-led decisions tied to readiness milestones and go/no-go criteria
Travel:
25% Travel, with prior Client Manager approval, may submit expenses for reimbursement for travels +50miles away from the Auburn work location.
