Overview Tecolote Research, Inc. is hiring experienced program and acquisition management professionals to manage the cost, schedule and performance for Department of Defense acquisitions from the commercial, industrial and/or military perspective. Responsibilities Assess, develop, evaluate, and consolidate technical and programmatic responses from internal and external program stakeholders Frequently interact with Space Force/Air Force and DoD tools such as TMT and MS Office Suite to initiate, track and close out various directorate, SSC, and Space Force Command taskers PAG / Business Operations Member will: Be responsible for daily review/analysis/dissemination of tasks Use

NIPR & SIPR

Task Management Tool (TMT) & e-mail to retrieve/assign tasks Update tasker database, which will be provided to leadership at the end of each day Assemble and provide instruction on the completion of electronic Staff Summary Sheet (eSSS) packages Effectively communicate with offices at each leadership level (Directorate, Center, MAJCOM, SF, DoD) Provide support to PEO PMRs, All Calls, and other high-level meetings as needed Advise leadership on status of assigned deliverables Maintain appointment calendars and conference room schedules Other duties as assigned Skills Required Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with five years supporting DoD acquisition programs Effective communication, planning, budgeting and programming skills to support ongoing and future Space Force Acquisitions Expert knowledge of DoD tools such as TMT and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 5 years of recent Space Force/Air Force experience is desired US Citizenship is required Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Statistics is required Active DoD Secret security clearance is required Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences. • Provide exceptional technical support for end-users, remote staff, and IT systems teams.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.
• Support purchasing, receiving, shipping, and management of equipment inventory.
• Contribute to IT improvement projects and tactical plan implementation.
• Document issues, resolutions, and system changes in a service desk platform.
• Mentor and guide help desk staff Skills Required
• 5+ years in a help desk or technical support role, ideally in a mid-sized, geographically dispersed organization.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for Windows OS and user/computer account management in Active Directory.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Soft skills that make you successful in support: patience, empathy, active listening, urgency, and organization.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance. Additional Skills

Salary:

$50,000-$65,000/year DOE.
