We're seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Change Services Specialist to drive documentation and change control processes within a fast-paced engineering environment. In this role, you'll manage engineering change orders (ECR/ECO), support product lifecycle management (PLM), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency across the product lifecycle.

What You'll Do:
Generate, manage, and track engineering change orders (ECR/ECO) through full lifecycle to closure Perform documentation research to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with change control standards Support New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Managers with change order activities Facilitate design review meetings, capture decisions, and communicate action items Manage PLM data including part numbers, BOMs, and approval workflows Track, report, and analyze document progress, metrics, and change control activities Update drawings based on model changes and support engineering teams with specification updates Act as a point of contact for change control escalations and cross-functional alignment
What You'll Bring:
3+ years of experience using Siemens NX CAD for drafting and design 3+ years of experience with Teamcenter PLM or similar PLM systems 3+ years of experience in engineering change management, configuration management, or document control Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reporting)
What Sets You Apart:
Experience with SolidWorks or Creo CAD tools Familiarity with PLM systems such as Enovia, Windchill, Agile, SAP, or iPLM Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience developing metrics and dashboards Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve scheduling conflicts, and adapt in fast-paced environments
