This role is integral to optimizing our warehouse management system operations, ensuring seamless inventory control, order processing, and logistical efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Quantum engineering and have a strong understanding of warehouse technology platforms. Duties Manage and maintain the HighJump Warehouse Management System (WMS) to support daily warehouse operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and troubleshoot issues promptly. Develop and optimize workflows within the WMS to improve accuracy and operational efficiency. Conduct system testing, updates, and configuration adjustments as needed to align with business requirements. Provide technical support and training to staff on WMS functionalities and best practices. Integrate Quantum engineering principles into system design and problem-solving processes for advanced automation solutions. Monitor system performance metrics and generate reports for management review. Stay current with industry trends and advancements related to warehouse technology and Quantum engineering. Requirements Proven experience with HighJump WMS or similar warehouse management systems. Strong background in Quantum engineering or related technical fields. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues. Ability to work collaboratively across departments to implement technical solutions. Strong communication skills for training and documentation purposes. Experience with system integration, configuration, and troubleshooting in a logistics environment is preferred. A proactive approach to learning emerging technologies relevant to warehouse automation and management systems.
