Job Description:

Junior Systems Analyst 4-month contract position (with possible extension)

Overview:

The Junior Systems Analyst position is expected to perform a variety of activities involved in the installation, configuration, modification and repair of computer, telecommunications and multi-media equipment and related hardware and software with guidance from senior member and the manager. This individual manages requests from on-site productions and end users. Responsibilities also include asset management, patch management, account administration tasks, service management with the following primary objectives: Scripting experience with Bash/Zshell Performs infrastructure management / maintenance tasks Performs user provision of user accounts and assets Provide end user workplace support including incident resolutions, asset management, patch/upgrade management, software installations/troubleshooting and general Q&A across PC, Mac, Smartphones, Tablets, and Peripherals. Update Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune environments Update and integrate Jamf Connect for identity and authentication Update Apple Business Manager (ABM) Facilitate production technology projects including but not limited to streaming network, wireless radio, server maintenance and upgrade, voice upgrade. Propose system enhancements (software and hardware updates) Performs O365 service administration tasks for Production Collaboration / service which includes - User account / account provisioning point administration Authentication / Security Management Audit / Reports Application deployment / management including Creative Cloud Manages conference rooms

Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience as support analyst/engineer, including image creation/build, OS installation/troubleshooting Experience with Windows and MacOS. Image build and deployment experience Must be a go-getter and take initiative on a regular basis finding ways to avoid problems proactively
