These are the qualifications that matter. 3+ years of hands-on EDI experience in a warehouse setting Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience Proficiency with EDI standards (ANSI

X12, EDIFACT

) and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, VAN) Experience with EDI mapping and translation software Experience with WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor) Strong SQL skills required; PostgreSQL preferred Familiarity with APIs or hybrid EDI/API integrations Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Team-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset Python and/or JavaScript experience is a plus Why This Job? Responsibilities Monitor and support daily EDI transaction flows (e.g., 850, 810, 856, 940, 997), resolving processing errors and failures Troubleshoot EDI issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external trading partners Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, and partners to ensure smooth EDI operations Provide Tier I support for EDI-related inquiries, incidents, and system issues Ensure compliance with EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, HIPAA, where applicable) Maintain and support EDI integrations, including mapping, translation, and communication protocols Assist with data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting using SQL and related tools Support continuous improvement of EDI processes and system performance One Associates Take for Best in the Biz "I have worked through a lot of temp agencies, and Staffmark is by far the best one.
