110k-120k Overview We are seeking a hands-on IT Systems Analyst / Business Systems Administrator to support and improve the company's internal technology systems and day-to-day IT operations. This role is focused less on traditional infrastructure (servers, switches, networking) and more on business systems, end-user support, SaaS platforms, process improvement, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate is technical, organized, solutions-oriented, and comfortable owning business-critical systems such as phone platforms, helpdesk/ticketing systems, Microsoft 365, and Point. Responsibilities Evaluate, implement, and support business technology platforms and internal systems Help select, configure, deploy, and manage a company phone system (VoIP platforms such as RingCentral, Zoom Phone, 8x8, etc.) Set up and administer helpdesk/ticketing systems and support workflows Configure and support Microsoft 365 applications, including Point Maintain user accounts, permissions, groups, and collaboration tools Partner with vendors and third-party providers for implementations and ongoing support Troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues for internal employees Document processes, workflows, and system configurations Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology Support onboarding/offboarding processes and employee technology setup Assist with IT policies, asset management, and technology best practices Qualifications 3-7+ years of experience in IT systems support, business systems administration, or systems analysis Experience working with Microsoft 365 and Point administration/configuration Experience implementing or managing helpdesk/ticketing systems Familiarity with business phone/VoIP systems Strong troubleshooting and end-user support skills Experience working with SaaS platforms and third-party vendors Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Teams administration Familiarity with identity/access management and user provisioning Experience documenting workflows and IT processes Exposure to automation tools or workflow platforms is a plus Previous experience in a small or mid-sized business environment preferred What This Role Is Not This is not a traditional infrastructure engineering role focused on: Server administration Network engineering Switch/firewall management Data center operations Heavy cloud infrastructure engineering Titles That Could Fit This Role Depending on the candidate profile, this role could also be titled: IT Systems Analyst Business Systems Administrator IT Operations Specialist Systems Engineer (Business Systems Focus) IT Applications Administrator Robert Half will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.
