Key Responsibilities:

Assist the IT Help Desk team in providing technical support to end-users. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues under supervision. Help with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals. Support IT projects such as software deployments, upgrades, and system testing. Maintain and update IT documentation and asset inventories. Participate in learning opportunities and collaborate with IT staff on various tasks. Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles. Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications. Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn new technologies. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented. The typical base salary range for this position is $22.00- $27.00 per hour and may vary depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location. This is an hourly position paid bi-weekly. This is a temporary position with an anticipated duration of three months. Benefits will not be available for this position beyond those required in the state of California.
