Currently, we are seeking a Production Data Support person to work collaboratively with our Windows division in Red Bluff, California. About the Position Gather information from end-users, document issues, perform initial troubleshooting, and prioritize tasks for the production data team Perform initial diagnosis of issues from end-users to determine possible root cause, impact, and severity Distinguish between user errors, data quality issues, or system outages Document incoming issues, including key metadata such as symptoms, error messaging, screenshots, troubleshooting steps taken, communication logs, and order information into the task management tool (Jira) Assess impact and urgency of the issue to assign an appropriate priority to ensure the most critical problems are addressed first Escalate complex or unresolvable issues to team members with comprehensive detail for prompt resolution Complete and manage assigned tasks in a timely manner Qualifications 1 year of recent office experience with good work references Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and translate real-world problems into structured, actionable tasks Demonstrated high level of attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on professionalism Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel High regard for accuracy Dependable, self-motivated, and organized Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Why Join Our Team?
