- Assist with ERP system configuration and testing to ensure proper functionality;
- Troubleshoot ERP system issues and coordinate resolution with development teams;

- Conduct user training sessions and prepare documentation for ERP system users;
- Monitor ERP system performance and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency;
- Assist in ERP implementation projects and system upgrades; and
- Work with business users to resolve system-related operational issues.
