- Human Capital Management. Under general supervision, the Functional Systems Analyst
- Human Capital Management formulates concepts for, develops, and supports the implementation and upgrade of the Human Capital Management System.
The current assignment is located at the San Diego County Office of Education within the Integrated Technology Services division of SDCOE. Please note that while this current assignment is for the location listed, employees of SDCOE may be administratively reassigned to other locations based on organizational needs. A typical qualifying background would include five years of functional Human Capital Management work experience including significant work within a Human Capital Management system.
