This position is an IT / IS / Programming or IT Customer Service / Help Desk position and is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in the IT industry. This is an entry-level position and is intended for candidates who are beginning their IT career.

Duties include:

Installing new computers and repairing current computers Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning hardware Data Entry, answer phones as needed Monitor and operate computer equipment and peripherals Provide computer operations and support to computer users while working with the likelihood of frequent interruptions, multiple priorities, deadlines, inquiries, and peak workloads. Diagnose and correct problems Other duties as assigned Qualifications include: CompTIA certification or equivalent is a plus, but not required Applicants must be able to pay close attention to detail, prioritize workflow, and work under pressure. Ability to follow detailed instructions and directions Good organizational skills are critical Excellent internal customer service skills, written and verbal communication, and solid computer and math skills Benefits include: Employee medical insurance is company-paid.
