Job Description

Overview We are in the process of implementing Epicor Kinetic Cloud in 2026 and are looking for a skilled ERP Administrator to join our team. This is a critical, hands-on role for someone who can hit the ground running during go-live and continue to drive long-term system improvements. As the internal subject matter expert, you will be the primary resource for daily operations, end-user support, and ongoing optimization of our Epicor environment. Duties Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support — troubleshooting issues, answering inquiries, and delivering timely solutions to minimize business disruption. Develop and deliver training programs and reference materials that enable end-users to confidently use ERP functionality, follow best practices, and adopt process improvements. Own data integrity across the system — managing data migrations, performing regular audits, and resolving inconsistencies to ensure reliable, accurate information. Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify gaps and opportunities, then design and implement system improvements that streamline operations and improve productivity. Collaborate with IT, functional teams, and third-party vendors to integrate Epicor modules with other business systems and applications. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and queries that support day-to-day operations and inform business decision-making. Lead or actively participate in ERP projects including upgrades, new module rollouts, and process re-engineering initiatives. Conduct thorough testing and validation of new features, configurations, and customizations prior to deployment. Stay current on Epicor Kinetic enhancements and proactively recommend features that align with company goals. Required qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience administering or supporting Epicor ERP (Kinetic or E10 preferred). Working knowledge of core Epicor modules relevant to manufacturing (e.g., Production Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, MRP). Experience with data migration, system configuration, and user security administration. Ability to write and maintain BAQs (Business Activity Queries), reports, and dashboards within Epicor. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical users. Preferred qualifications Experience supporting or participating in an Epicor implementation or major upgrade. Familiarity with Epicor Kinetic Cloud architecture and cloud-specific administration. Understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, or shop floor workflows. Experience with third-party integrations, APIs, or Epicor's REST services.
