Analyst-Program/Project Location:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who will help drive effective coordination and scheduling for main panel upgrade disconnect/reconnect operations. Our team relies on this position to support seamless communication with customers and stakeholders, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to established project procedures.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work using dedicated systems and documentation processes. Communicate regularly with customers and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and follow-through for service needs. Monitor CPUC timelines and prioritize the project backlog to maintain regulatory compliance and efficiency. Ensure strict adherence to documented MPU procedures, upholding accuracy in all records and project steps.
Required:
Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions. Ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records using computer and office software tools. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact across multiple stakeholders and demonstrate consistent follow-through. High school diploma or equivalent education required; associate degree or equivalent coursework in business, operations, or a related field is preferred.
