is seeking our next Systems Analyst III !!! As a Systems Analyst III on the NISSC 3 program, you will serve as a senior analyst supporting systems analysis, innovation cell activities, requirements management, engineering and performance analysis, risk analysis, and maintenance assurance. You will analyze system requirements, architectures, and performance metrics; drive engineering investigations; and provide high value decision support to program and government leadership. You will produce analytic and technical artifacts, support digital baseline management, and ensure traceability from requirements through design, implementation, and operations. You will also support integration, deployment, and evaluation activities, incident and deficiency reporting, and system optimization and audit reporting. Responsibilities
  • Analyze system requirements, architectures, interfaces, and performance metrics to identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Support backlog refinement, engineering investigations, and root cause analysis for complex deficiencies and mission-impacting issues.
  • Synthesize performance and operational data to develop actionable recommendations for strategic system improvements.
  • Lead or support technical planning, requirements management, and configuration alignment for complex system capabilities.
  • Produce analytic and technical artifacts (e.g., analysis reports, models, traces, diagrams) and ensure traceability to requirements and baselines.
  • Contribute extensively to digital baseline management by aligning analysis outputs with configuration and technical baselines.
  • Prepare and review technical and analytical documentation supporting integration, deployment, verification, validation, and evaluation activities.
  • Support data collection planning and execution to ensure analysis-quality data across test and operational environments.
  • Produce incident and deficiency reports; track and support resolution in coordination with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams.
  • Support risk analysis and risk-informed decision-making across the engineering lifecycle.
  • Contribute to system optimization and audit reporting, including support to internal and external reviews and inspections.
  • Support Innovation Cell efforts by providing analysis for new concepts, prototypes, and process/technology improvements.
  • Provide maintenance assurance analysis to ensure system sustainment activities align with technical objectives and baselines. Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in systems analysis, systems engineering, or related technical roles, preferably in DoD or mission critical environments.
  • Proficiency in technical planning, requirements management, and configuration to support complex system integration and sustainment.
  • Experience leading engineering investigations and ensuring alignment with technical baselines and system objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce and maintain high quality technical and analytical documentation.
  • Experience supporting risk management and process improvement across the engineering lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with tools such as:
  • CAMEO
  • DOORS
  • IDSS
  • ClearCase
  • ClearQuest
  • Sparx EA (or similar modeling/MBSE tools)
  • Bachelor's degree in one of the following (or closely related field): / Information Technology (IT) / Cybersecurity / Computer Science (CS) / Information Systems (IS) / Data Science / Software Engineering OR equivalent DoD/Military training and experience in systems analysis, systems engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Active Secret clearance at time of hire. Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI as required by the program.
  • One or more of the following is desired / strongly preferred:
  • CSSLP
  • GCLD
