Under the supervision of the ERP Support Manager, this position is responsible for day-to-day ERP support needs. This position will support the business and employee users of Oracle cloud, which includes solutioning complex business challenges. This individual will follow the ERP Mission of supporting our Liberty colleagues as clients, working as a team to better support Liberty's business through Oracle ERP.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems / Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, OR a related field or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of Oracle Cloud ERP experience. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Security and Access Control mechanisms. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Ability to identify how new systems/processes will impact the business and the employee base. Indicators & Attributes for

Primary Responsibilities:
Monitors, maintains, and resolves all technical issues with the ERP system as they arise. Works on solving complex business challenges. Performs regular data imports. Updates the approval limits for users. Maintains SLA changes and testing and obtains approval from the responsible business lead and ERP management before deploying to production. Provides daily and historical exchange rates and supplies documentation required by the audit team. Monitors and validates statistical data entries. Adjusts dev instances after clones. Performs quarterly update testing to ensure no impacts to business operations. Escalates any issues found. Creates the test plan and evidence for testing for changes in security roles. Creates and monitors the service requests with Oracle, ensuring we stay up to date with timely communication to resolve issues. Identifies areas for improvement in ERP system.
