Job Description
We are seeking a U.S.-based Senior Configuration Management Analyst to provide deployment and configuration support within a complex Windows-based environment. This hands-on position requires strong analytical skills and proficiency with Jenkins and GitLab pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and support application builds and releases across UAT, production, and DR environments. Perform Windows-based administration tasks, including remote connectivity and starting/stopping services. Operate within Jenkins pipelines to manage deployments. Support GitLab repositories and CI/CD-related processes. Start/stop and troubleshoot Tomcat services, including log analysis and issue resolution. Investigate deployment failures and analyze logs to identify root causes. Document current-state processes and contribute to future-state improvements. Support go-live events, including Wednesday evening deployments and occasional weekend activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production support and operational continuity.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5+ years of experience in Configuration Management, Release Management, IT Service Management, or related IT operations roles. Strong understanding of ITIL framework. Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab, ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar configuration management tools. Experience executing builds and releases in Windows-based environments. Working knowledge of Tomcat server structure and service management. Familiarity with configuration auditing, compliance standards, and governance frameworks. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Benefits:
