As a Bill of Materials (BOM) Specialist, you will manage and maintain engineering bill of materials data, process engineering changes, and ensure data accuracy within SAP to support manufacturing operations.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED equivalent Experience working in an SAP ERP environment, preferably within Materials Management (MM) or Production Planning (PP) modules Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel for data validation and reporting Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to maintain data integrity and manage technical documentation Proven success in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering support environments Familiarity with Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes, including ECNs, ECRs, and ECOs Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems such as Teamcenter, Windchill, or Enovia Understanding of ERP and PLM system integrations What You'll Do as a Bill of Materials (BOM)

Specialist:

Enter and maintain Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM) structures in SAP while ensuring data accuracy Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) Update item masters, routings, and BOM components within SAP Perform audits to identify and resolve BOM discrepancies Verify alignment between engineering specifications and manufacturing requirements Assist with developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) Collaborate with production planners and inventory managers to resolve material data issues Ensure engineering data changes comply with quality standards, configuration management protocols, and regulatory requirements MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
