Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, and metrics to communicate project status and outcomes to appropriate management channels across multiple projects. Independently manage smaller, lower-complexity IT projects from requirements gathering through deployment, with guidance from leadership and increasing autonomy over time. Help coordinate internal and external resources to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs. Support non-IT departments by coordinating training, sharing best practices, and providing guidance on tools and systems used across the IT portfolio, including the Atlassian project management suite (Jira, Confluence).
