Position Summary The Custom Part Process Support Specialist provides critical support to the Custom Parts team by executing activities with internal functions and external suppliers. The goal of this role is to improve process efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and enable faster delivery of custom parts to customers.

This role also supports supplier coordination, pricing setup, business data workflows, and cross-functional operational activities. A key focus will be building metrics, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing process improvements across the value chain. Primary Duties& Responsibilities Supplier& Vendor Support Support vendor setup in internal systems Track and prioritize suppliers for externally sourced components (materials and tools) Request and follow up on supplier quotations and shipments/deliveries/returns Support communication between internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely execution Custom Part Raw material risk assessment and mitigation Pricing& Data Set up and maintain pricing in internal systems (SAP + related tools) ExecuteNPS - New Part Setup processes Setup new compounds NPCF support ProcessBusiness Data Requests with high accuracy and timeliness Operational Workflow Maintain and execute multi‑step workflows involving various internal systems and stakeholders Support order processing and order tracking activities, with focus on critical samples and hypercare orders Maintain SharePoint trackers, tools, and documentation used by the team Metrics& Reporting Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and KPIs Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities Provide visibility on key programs and track high-priority projects Required Skills& Experience Core Technical Skills Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables Working knowledge of SharePoint (trackers, workflows, documentation) High School diploma, GED or equivalent Previous experience in roles requiring cross-functional collaboration with teams such as supply chain, operations, external vendors, and customer service. Preferred Qualifications Advanced SharePoint capabilities (site ownership, list configuration, building site) Experience withSAP pricing modules (CK13 / VK13) Familiarity withNPS - New Part Setup processes Experience withPower BI (data modeling, dashboards, reporting) Understanding of
SRM / S2P
