In Person Job Summary We are seeking an experienced e-Builder Administrator to manage and support the organization's e-Builder PMIS platform. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for system administration, workflow configuration, user support, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with e-Builder administration, project controls, workflow management, and stakeholder coordination within construction or capital project environments. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the e-Builder system, including project setup, user provisioning, and account configuration. Manage templates, forms, budgets, schedules, reports, dashboards, workflows, and mail merges. Control user permissions, subscriptions, document management settings, and folder access. Provide ongoing administrative and technical support for internal and external e-Builder users. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions as needed. Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to ensure business processes and workflows are properly implemented and maintained. Support configuration updates and system enhancements for forms, workflows, reports, and overall platform settings. Develop and maintain training materials for users and project staff. Conduct onboarding sessions and ongoing user training. Participate in weekly team meetings and support reporting requirements for projects and programs. Assist with business process improvements, quality management initiatives, and project controls activities. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. Minimum 3 years of experience using e-Builder or similar capital project/construction management software. Experience with PMIS administration, workflow configuration, and document control processes. Strong understanding of project controls, business process analysis, and system administration. Experience with database management, reporting tools, spreadsheets, and word-processing applications. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in fast-paced environments. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Preferred Skills Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, or capital improvement projects. Familiarity with workflow automation, reporting customization, and dashboard management. Strong stakeholder management and end-user training experience. Knowledge of quality management systems and process improvement methodologies.
