Job Summary The Systems Analyst supports and improves the technology systems that drive construction operations, for all internal users. This position serves as a front-line IT representative, meaning customer service, professionalism, and communication skills are just as important as technical ability.

Responsibilities:

Provide on-site support for Windows-based servers and desktop systems Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) Support virtualized environments using Hyper-V Troubleshoot basic network issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) Assist with firewall, VPN, and network security support Provides professional and courteous support to employees Communicate clearly with users regarding issues, resolution steps, and expectations Document work and follow established IT processes and procedures Assist with rollout of new technologies, policies, and system changes Collaborate with IT team members to improve service delivery and system reliability Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a Systems Administrator, Systems Analyst, or similar IT role Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support Experience with Hyper-V or similar virtualization platforms Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Experience supporting firewalls and basic network security concepts Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Preferred Skills Experience supporting an engineering, manufacturing, or professional services environment Experience supporting a multi-department organization Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and documentation Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Fortinet, etc.) Further details will be provided during the interview process and in the job description.
