Job Description

osition Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Trimble e-Builder Implementor / Administrator to support and manage enterprise-level Project Management Information System (PMIS) operations. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for system administration, configuration, user support, workflow optimization, and reporting activities within the e-Builder platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle administration of e-Builder, including implementation, customization, process automation, reporting, training, and system support for both internal and external stakeholders. This individual will work closely with business users, project teams, and leadership to standardize and enhance workflows, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the platform aligns with organizational and project requirements. Administer and maintain the Trimble e-Builder platform, including project setup, account configurations, user provisioning, permissions, and system settings. Manage and maintain templates such as forms, schedules, budgets, workflows, reports, dashboards, and mail merge configurations. Configure and support workflow automation and business process improvements within the PMIS environment. Provide ongoing technical and functional support to internal and external e-Builder users. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, configuration problems, user access concerns, and workflow-related challenges. Collaborate with process owners, project managers, and stakeholders to implement approved business process enhancements and configuration changes. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and subscriptions to support project and program reporting requirements. Manage document control settings, user roles, permissions, and security access to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Conduct user onboarding sessions and provide continuous training and guidance to e-Builder users. Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, process guides, and standard operating procedures. Participate in weekly project and operational meetings to discuss system improvements, support activities, and project updates. Support implementation of enhancements for forms, reports, workflows, and system configurations. Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to optimize system utilization and project controls. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between PMIS processes and organizational goals. Perform additional administrative and support responsibilities as assigned. Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Trimble e-Builder or similar construction/project management software platforms. Experience supporting enterprise PMIS environments, business process analysis, quality management systems, or project controls. Strong experience with system administration, workflow configuration, reporting, and user support. Experience managing business process improvements and implementing workflow enhancements. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Experience with database management, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and document management systems. Ability to analyze workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend effective system solutions. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing priorities effectively. Experience creating training documentation and conducting end-user training sessions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience working in construction, capital projects, infrastructure, or project controls environments. Knowledge of PMIS implementations, workflow automation, and reporting tools. Familiarity with project lifecycle management and document control processes. Experience supporting enterprise reporting and dashboard development.
