Job Summary:

CPSFL is seeking a dynamic Systems Analyst for a full time position. The Systems Analyst position has a broad range of duties and responsibilities and is exposed to a variety of different exciting challenges due to the lean nature of the department. This position requires an individual who is a highly efficient, knowledgeable professional with excellent analytical, problem solving, multitasking and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience and/or certification. 2 years of related experience in a Systems Analyst, Help Desk, Network Administration or similar role. Microsoft and/or Cisco certification a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Provides hardware, software, network, and telecom support to organization utilizing a help desk ticketing system. Configures and supports network hardware including routers, switches, wireless access points, and printers. Performs Windows domain administration functions including AD users and groups, GPO management, and PowerShell scripting. Office 365 administration including Exchange, SharePoint and OneDrive. Builds, rigorously tests, and maintains system images for mass deployment. Management and security of mobile devices utilizing an MDM solution. Why join CPSFL family?
