Description
About the Role The Staff Support Associate (Part Time) role at Talogy is responsible for providing administrative and project support to the local project team in Jacksonville, FL. Role Responsibilities Supporting the delivery of contracted consulting services to in Jacksonville, FL, including (but not limited to) the following examples:
Prepare client deliverables in support of consulting projects (e.g., reports, data analysis, presentation decks, test administration materials, scoring materials);
Communicate with client contacts to coordinate and schedule testing activities and obtain relevant delivery details;
Print, package, and deliver test materials to the client or test administration site;
Liaison with client and/or vendor teams for the secure transport and delivery of test materials;
Pick up completed test materials from test administration site(s); scan test answer sheets and prepare scoring files and related reporting
Participate in tasks in support of client projects, such as item writing and item review;
Complete data requests (e.g., compile details about projects completed within a specified period);
Ensure high quality in solutions and services that comply with professional standards and legal guidelines. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirements Must be located in Jacksonville, FL, or within the immediate surrounding area.
Education:
Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Professional presence and approach to communications (email, phone, in-person) and interactions with others. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately. Previous experience in the talent assessment industry and/or a background in I-O psychology are desirable but not required. Demonstrable evidence of collaborating effectively with others, managing assignments, and creating documents, reports, or presentations (e.g., coursework, previous workplace experience).
