Job Description

Compass Point is seeking a Senior Requirements Analyst to join our team supporting SOCCENT at MacDill AFB. In this role, you will provide senior-level analytical, planning, and project coordination expertise for IT initiatives supporting U.S. Special Operations. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse directorates to bring technical solutions from concept to implementation. Responsibilities Propose resolutions and implementation plans to address issues and concerns for new and ongoing IT projects. Develop full project documentation packages including materials lists, communications plans, installation instructions, timelines, and required pre-coordination. Identify problems and determine necessary corrective actions or schedule changes for IT project execution. Design and develop technical solutions for IT initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional sections/directorates to implement approved solutions. Recommend and, upon approval, maintain policies, procedures, approved equipment lists, and standard configurations for standardized IT implementations. Track, manage, and maintain visibility of assets supporting IT projects; correct shortfalls through approved government procurement processes and inform Government leadership of inventory status. Ensure assets used in IT projects are properly ordered, accounted for, tracked, and disposed of in accordance with Government policies. Update system requirements and standard technical solutions based on changes in operations, policy, or available technology. Create documentation such as policies, procedures, materials lists, diagrams, floorplans, workflows, project plans, and user guides. Support occasional shift work or non‑standard schedules as needed to meet mission requirements. Qualifications Minimum ten (10) years of experience, including two (2) years directly related to requirements analysis and documentation for large-scale IT projects. Demonstrated ability to communicate exceptionally well, both orally and in writing. Strong customer‑service attitude and proactive team‑oriented mindset. Must have DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification. TS clearance w/SCI eligibility. Job
