Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Systems Analyst to provide onsite support for healthcare application initiatives in West Palm Beach, Florida. This Long-term Contract position requires hands-on PointClickCare expertise and a strong background in healthcare environments, with regular onsite presence to support clinical teams and project work. The ideal candidate will help strengthen system performance, improve workflows, and resolve application issues in a fast-paced care setting.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver daily application support for the PointClickCare environment, ensuring reliable operation for clinical and operational users.
  • Configure and refine assessments, documentation tools, and clinical workflows to align with care delivery needs.
  • Lead interface-related testing, issue investigation, and ongoing optimization to maintain accurate system connectivity.
  • Administer user access, security roles, and provisioning activities while supporting compliance with internal controls.
  • Partner with clinical staff, operational leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to diagnose and resolve system concerns.
  • Contribute to workflow improvement efforts by identifying enhancement opportunities and recommending practical system changes.
  • Support post-go-live stabilization work, including troubleshooting, issue follow-up, and user assistance.
  • Maintain clear documentation for system configurations, support processes, and workflow decisions.
