Job Description

Required Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role within the tech/software industry
  • Product manager, product management, mobile app/web/digital experience
  • Prior experience working on mobile products with a solid understanding of mobile development cycles, platform considerations (iOS and/or Android), and mobile-first user experience principles
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and navigate cross-functional team dynamics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable updates
  • Self-directed with excellent organizational skills; comfortable operating in a consulting or interim capacity
  • Jira Agile experience
Product Manager Summary:
  • We are seeking an experienced Product Management Consultant to provide full-time support during a planned maternity leave
  • This is a time-bound engagement ideal for a seasoned product professional who thrives in client-facing environments and can step in with minimal ramp-up time on a high-visibility mobile app product
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for client teams, fielding inquiries, providing timely responses, and ensuring a seamless communication experience throughout the engagement
  • Synthesize and escalate key client requirements, feedback, and blockers to the Lead Product Manager, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Develop and maintain high-quality presentation materials, including decks and supporting content, for client meetings and business stakeholder reviews
  • Maintain continuity across ongoing product initiatives by staying closely aligned with existing documentation, roadmaps, and team workflows
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with client stakeholders, representing the product team with professionalism and clarity
  • Work with key mobile train leads to support resolution and escalation of blockers, priorities and client requests (where needed)
