Update, manage and support clinical databases Develop best practices, documentation and trainings for users Maintain and audit user access controls for all IT systems Provide IT help desk support High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of related experience; or one (1) year of experience at the lower level Systems Analyst 1 (ITP020) or position equivalent.

An equivalent combination of knowledge, education, job or intern experience, training, or certifications that provides the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted year-over-year. Preferred Qualifications

• EHR systems such as M&M, Eagle soft, and eClinicalWorks
• SQL reporting
• Active Directory Management Current State employees are subject to State Personnel Board rules regarding salary.
