About the role We are looking for an experienced Infor WMS Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key player in optimizing warehouse management systems, you will be responsible for providing assistance to clients implementing and enhancing Infor WMS (Warehouse Management System). The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Infor WMS implementations, process mapping, and configuration.
Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering and documenting clients' business requirements and writing up Solution Design Document. Configure Infor WMS modules based on client needs and help in Identifying if any custom process is needed. Support the implementation team in system configuration. Collaborate with Client's technical and functional teams and define Integration touch points and column mapping to ensure smooth system integration with ERP's or other supply chainsystems. Experience in creating user manual and conduct end users training, including sharing best practices for Infor WMS. Experience in creating test scripts and doing End to End testing and troubleshooting system configurations. Help with troubleshooting during the go-live phase and provide Post go-live support. Experience in resolving production issues promptly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in Infor-WMS implementation or similar roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of Inbound, Outbound, and Internal warehouse processes. Knowledge of ION Interface is a plus. Experience in BIRST Report Design & Configuration is Plus. Experience with Loftware Label design and configuration is Plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in Agile project environments or methodologies is plus.
