Pricing & Configuration Analyst

Configuration and Pricing AnalystJob Summary:

This position will ensure centralized administration of all activities related to the pricing and vehicle configuration functions. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure consistent information across all systems and the successful delivery of key pricing and configuration objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Responsibilities:

Develop and administer all pricing policies for vehicles, accessories and options including any new productsDevelop andmaintainpricing database for publishing price lists for all channels and customersMaintain price lists and approval rulesSalesforce/Logik.iosystem for all variations of customers and productsUpdate and publish price lists quarterly/annually for various business requirementsPublish all pricing bulletins to channel and customersCoordinate annual pricing change processes within the businessAssign price lists to customers inSalesforce/Logik.iosystemSet up all pricing inSalesforce/Logik.ioto trigger based on customer / productControl annual pricing process for publishing MSRP Set up all pricing for new products add to master pricing files andmaintainboth systems to support product launchesResponsible for all testing in relation to pricing changes and updates including new vehicle implementation. Testing should be thorough and complete for different scenarios of product and customer.

Maintaininternational pricing process including exchange rate changes, updating IRESA system with required data and notification to International Distribution based on Foreign Sales Corp regulationsDevelop and launch andmaintainwritten Standard Work for allaforementioned responsibilitiesAll pricing files must bemaintainedas items are added,changedordeletedthroughout the year

Configuration Responsibilities:

Develop and administer all configuration policies for vehicles, accessories and options including any new products Set up configurations for all products for ordering in bothSalesforce/Logik.iofor new carsDesign, develop, model, set up and test all configuration rules for products inSalesforce/Logik.io.

Set up andmaintainall new product lines inSalesforce/Logik.io assign all new parts toappropriate productlinesResponsible for all testing in relation to configuration updates and new vehicle implementationSet up andmaintainmarketing description for all products in configurations consistent with pricing descriptionsValidate andmaintainintegrity of accessory part numbers for all vehicle modelsManage the incorporation of all changes to vehicle configurator system for WindchillandSalesforce/Logik.ioMaintain all ECN changes to all cars inSalesforce/Logik.ioand OracleEnsure ABOMs match the configuration and rules for ordering productsCoordinate changes with Customer Service, Manufacturing, SalesMaintain catalogs inSalesforce/Logik.io/Websitefor ordering carsDevelop and launch andmaintainwritten Standard Work for allaforementioned responsibilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel for pricing and product analysis, including macros.

Understanding ofdatabases, data modeling, and basic programming languages.

Experience with Salesforce/Logik.io and Oracle systems preferred.

Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of work.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Bachelor's Degree in Businessora relatedfield.0-2 years of related experience in pricing and configuration responsibilities.

Ability to travel up to 10%.Serve as key point-of-contact for all issues pertaining to pricing and configurator administration. Serve on teams involving new product launches. Ensure accuracy of all vehicle configurations and pricing. Any other duties as assigned.
