SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) B2B/B2C Architect

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Strong experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris 2211 / CCv2).

Proficiency in:

Java, Spring Framework RESTful APIs and Web services, Impex, Flexible Search, Search engine, Hybris Cockpits, (Backoffice, HAC, Smartedit) Experience with B2B and B2C commerce functionalities: Account management, custom pricing, workflows, promotions, personalization, customer journey optimization Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Spartacus/Angular). Roles & Responsibilities Architect design, develop, and deliver scalable e-commerce solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud for both B2B and B2C use cases Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure high-quality delivery Lead and Participate in discovery and design sessions for new platforms Customize and extend Hybris platform features including product catalog, checkout, pricing, and order management Develop and enhance storefronts (Accelerator or Spartacus) to improve user experience Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in development, QA, and production environments and participate in code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards Generic Managerial Skills, If any Communicate architectural trade offs clearly to non technical leaders (cost vs. flexibility, speed vs. risk Proactively manage expectations with product, business, and leadership teams Present architectural decisions in simple, structured narratives Make timely decisions with incomplete information, using principles and guardrails rather than perfection Own architectural outcomes—including technical debt, not just designs Document decisions (ADRs) to ensure transparency and traceability
