Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop AI agents for roadmap planning, portfolio tradeoffs, and customer requirement tracking + Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and structured frameworks + Own end-to-end delivery from concept through deployment with IT partners + Define and structure planning data inputs, assumptions, and metrics + Communicate insights and drive adoption of tools across stakeholders + Operate effectively in ambiguous, subjective decision environments
Qualifications:
Required:
+ Engineering and Technology degrees - including but not limited to Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Science, Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology + 3-5 years of experience in analytical, technical, or product-related roles + Strong problem-solving and communication skills + Demonstrable technical aptitude (scripting, data tools, or prototyping)
Preferred:
? + Exposure to AI/ML or data workflows + Experience working cross-functionally + Familiarity with product lifecycle or planning
