Key Responsibilities:
Develop AI agents for roadmap planning, portfolio tradeoffs, and customer requirement tracking
Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and structured frameworks
Own end-to-end delivery from concept through deployment with IT partners
Define and structure planning data inputs, assumptions, and metrics
Communicate insights and drive adoption of tools across stakeholders
Operate effectively in ambiguous, subjective decision environments
Qualifications:
Required:
Engineering and Technology degrees - including but not limited to Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Science, Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology
3-5 years of experience in analytical, technical, or product-related roles
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Demonstrable technical aptitude (scripting, data tools, or prototyping)
Preferred:
Exposure to AI/ML or data workflows
Experience working cross-functionally
Familiarity with product lifecycle or planning

Business acumen and structured thinking
Ownership and self-direction
Adaptability in evolving environments
