SAP S4/HANA
Corporate Template for Finance and Controlling. Your impact will be defined by your ability to align global standards with local statutory requirements across diverse entities, including Berlin Chemie (BC) and Standard Menarini Plant (SMP), ensuring a seamless financial architecture that supports multinational operations. Core Competencies
SAP S4/HANA
Expertise:
Advanced architectural knowledge of
SAP S4/HANA
FI and CO modules (Release 2021 or higher).
Controlling Excellence:
Deep proficiency in Product Cost Planning (CO-PC), Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.
Material Ledger Mastery:
Expert-level experience with Actual Costing using Cumulative Alternative Valuation Run (AVR) methodologies.
Financial Reporting:
Extensive experience in CO-PA (Account-Based) configuration and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) splitting structures.
Cross-Functional Integration:
Proven ability to integrate Finance and Controlling with Manufacturing (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Sales/Distribution (SD).
Key Responsibilities Global Template Harmonization:
Execute the design of an integrated corporate template, ensuring operational alignment across global business units and manufacturing sites.
Financial Architecture Management:
Design and maintain complex cost center hierarchies and profit center structures organized by product family.
Cost Allocation & Settlement:
Implement internal cost allocation cycles, including assessments and distributions between cost centers, projects, and WBS elements.
Technical Ecosystem Integration:
Partner with technical teams using SAP Process Orchestration (PO) to manage bidirectional data exchange with external consolidation systems such as Tagetik.
Compliance & Validation:
Ensure all financial configurations meet the rigorous standards of GxP regulated environments and computerized system validation protocols.
Stakeholder Management:
Support change management and functional requirements for a geographically diverse user base spanning Germany, Italy, Eastern Europe, and the USA.
