Job Description

General Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CRM Administrator to join the Enterprise Operations team of the Office of Technology ( OTS ). The Application Administrator, Enterprise Systems will support the following key operations such as data management, systems management, and enrollment reporting functions. This position will collaborate with various key departments across the organization, serving asa subject matter expert in the enrollment management systems.

Full Time Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience with higher education systems, such as Banner or Slate Technolutions.
Knowledge & Skills:
Ability to work independently with strong initiative and proactive problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to develop effective, data-driven solutions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders at all levels. Collaborative mindset, working effectively across cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business units. Highly detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a timely and organized manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Project or similar project management tools
