Position:
Contract Workfront Fusion Development & Delivery Lead the design and development of Adobe Workfront Fusion scenarios based on business requirements and solution designs Define and manage Fusion build timelines, ensuring alignment with delivery milestones and stakeholder expectations Proactively track progress, identify risks or blockers, and escalate issues to leadership in a timely manner Maintain, monitor, and continuously enhance existing Fusion scenarios for performance, scalability, and reliability Collaborate with solution architects and design consultants to ensure alignment with overall architecture and business goals Workfront Configuration & Administration Configure and customize Adobe Workfront to meet business needs, user stories, and operational requirements Develop and maintain workflows, templates, dashboards, and reports within Work front Ensure optimal platform utilization by implementing best practices and standardization Testing & Quality Assurance Support QA and UAT activities in collaboration with Workfront Design Consultants and business stakeholders Validate solution functionality, ensuring it meets defined requirements and quality standards Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Improvement Engage with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for process optimization Recommend and implement automation and workflow improvements leveraging Workfront and Fusion capabilities Ensure effective communication of progress, updates, and risks to stakeholders Support & Issue Resolution Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workfront configuration, integrations, and Fusion scenarios Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-deployment Integration & Data Management Work closely with IT teams to enable seamless integrations between Workfront and other enterprise systems Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across platforms Documentation & Knowledge Management Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, integrations, and best practices Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and support team upskilling initiatives Continuous Learning & Innovation Stay updated with the latest Adobe Workfront and Fusion features, releases, and industry trends Drive adoption of new functionalities to improve platform capabilities and business outcomes
