As a Functional Analyst at Kyndryl, you will be supporting and leading the analysis, design, and delivery of banking solutions. Required Technical and Professional Experience8 to 10+ years of experience in banking or BFSI domainDeep understanding of Payments landscape:
Domestic and cross-border payments (SEPA, SWIFT (SAG/SAA), real-time payments)Payment processing flows (initiation, clearing, settlement, reconciliation)Strong expertise in Cards domain:
Card lifecycle (issuance, activation, authorization, clearing, settlement, disputes/chargebacks)Knowledge of card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) and ecosystem participantsFamiliarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., PSD2, AML, fraud prevention, strong customer authentication), Cyber Fraud and Risk ManagementExperience with end-to-end transaction flows and customer journeys across channels (digital, POS, ATM)Exposure to Sirius, SafeWatch, MOSEL, MOSEL Gateways, G4S will be an added advantageFamiliarity with end-to-end customer journeys and cross-domain dependenciesStrong knowledge of solution design, product lifecycle, and data governance & analysisDeep understanding of testing, customer experience, incident/problem management, and application supportStrong understanding of payments/cards testing strategies (transaction validation, reconciliation testing, exception handling)Expertise in requirements analysis, solution specification management, and feasibility assessmentStrong knowledge of banking products and servicesStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsStrategic mindset with strong business awarenessExcellent communication (written and verbal)High level of accountability, integrity, and adaptabilityAbility to perform in complex and high-pressure environmentsPreferred Technical and Professional ExperienceBachelore's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
